Food Republic

You might have noticed that things have gotten a little slow around lately. Well, there are a number of reasons for that. First off, it has been an incredibly busy summer, with lots of events and festivals, including, of course, Ayana and me getting married.



On top of that, I have been hard at work on The Buslife Kitchen Volume 2. I’m down to fewer than 20 recipes and a handful of essays, and shooting for completion by the end of the year. Very exciting stuff.



And, finally, I started a job as a writer and recipe developer for Food Republic! For the past few months I have been creating one recipe each week for their website, and now I am shifting into a role where I will be writing for them as well. As you can see, it has been a very busy summer. While things don’t look to slow down too much in the coming months, I am starting to find a groove with these new responsibilities and hope to get back to a regular posting schedule here. Thanks for sticking with me, y’all!
