Hey, y’all! The day is finally here! As of 9:00 this morning, the Kickstarter campaign for The Buslife Kitchen Vol. 2: Recipes from the Road is live! Below you’ll find a draft of the cover and a little bit of information about the book. The book is about 25% longer than the first, containing over 120 recipes from many different cuisines, ranging from French and Spanish to Mexican and Caribbean. Every recipe is in the book was developed in our tiny kitchen on wheels to work well in yours. If you have two burners, you can make all of these delicious, luxurious meals. In addition to the recipes, the book will feature essays and stories about cooking, eating, and living well on the road as well as lots of beautiful color photos. Every recipe has a corresponding photo, and the essays are chock full of photos from all the gorgeous places that we get to call home.

Over the 30 days of this kickstarter I’ll be releasing 12 recipes, one recipe from every section of the book, so that you can sample the goods while you wait for your book to arrive in the mail.
