Calcutta Painkiller Cocktail
A South Asian take on the Caribbean classic, this recipe swaps mango and lime for orange and pineapple and replaces the nutmeg finish with a nice dusting of chai spice.

cream of coconut
chai spice
Method
Add rum, mango juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass with additional ice.
Top with a heavy dusting of chai spice, and serve.
